In the third part of our teleseminar series on the new California Law regarding “No Contest Clauses”, we will go into more depth about the necessary changes that will be required to be compliant with the law.

Mr. Doyle will review what needs to be done today to protect your client’s interests. He will also discuss the pros and cons of adding the new clause to your client’s current will and trust. There will be
