Agenda
In the third part of our teleseminar series on the new California Law regarding “No Contest Clauses”, we will go into more depth about the necessary changes that will be required to be compliant with the law.

Mr. Doyle will review what needs to be done today to protect your client’s interests. He will also discuss the pros and cons of adding the new clause to your client’s current will and trust. There will be
an opportunity to review this timely topic and get your questions answered.

Each of our lunchtime programs focus on a specific technical procedure, skill or process of either complex asset protection or estate planning practices. This teleseminar will benefit attorneys, CPAs, accountants, trust officers, estate planners and financial planners.
