Agenda
In the second part of our teleseminar series on the new California Law regarding “No Contest Clauses”, we will go into more depth about the necessary changes that will be required to be compliant with the law. It is critical that you begin preparing now and instituting a plan to connect with your preexisting clients in order to counsel them about the changes in the “No Contest Clauses” rule.
Each of our lunchtime programs focus on a specific technical procedure, skill or process of either complex asset protection or estate planning practices. This teleseminar will benefit attorneys, CPAs, accountants, trust officers, estate planners and financial planners.
Remember teleseminars offer an excellent opportunity to brief both yourself and your entire staff on a timely and technical topic with no lost travel time or expenses. Sit back, and participate from your office, with no special equipment, only your trusty telephone!
Program Overview
The following questions will be answered in the teleseminar:
1) How does the new law on “No Contest Clauses” affect the document drafting process?
2) How does the new law on “No Contest Clauses” affect the post-mortem practices and procedures?
3) What are the critical points to discuss about this new law as you counsel your clients?
4) How might you use this change in the law to develop and enhance your current legal practice?
What opportunities do these changes bring to your firm?
